A few things worth knowing before you do. I live and work in my community — staying within ten minutes of a client's door is what allows me to be genuinely useful without spending my life in traffic. In practice this means I work west of Granville Street in Vancouver. I only work in homes where the owner lives; no rentals or condos. If the homeowner is being represented by a family member who isn't local, I'm happy to work with them directly.

If we seem like a possible fit, I'll come to your home for a longer conversation at no charge. My goal is to serve people well and take good care of their homes over time.

If you're looking for someone to handle a one-time repair or build, I'm probably not the right person — but I wish you well finding one.
