What I Handle For You
Ongoing stewardship means the work continues in a steady rhythm. With a regular schedule, we can return to different areas of the home over time and address what needs attention as it arises. Some visits focus on a single project, such as a repair or adjustment, while others include a mix of smaller tasks across the home.
Because the work spans repairs, maintenance, and organization, each session can be used efficiently in different ways. This flexibility allows steady progress without coordinating multiple trades, creating a natural sense of momentum as the home is gradually brought into order.

Repairs & Adjustments
Small repairs and fixes that keep the home functioning properly, including doors, drawers, hardware, fixtures, fittings, and general wear-and-tear issues.
Installations and Upgrades
Installation of everyday home items such as faucets, fixtures, lighting, hardware, smart devices, and other practical improvements that improve comfort and function.
Project Support
For larger projects, I can step in to help clarify scope, plan the work, and coordinate with trades when needed. This may include meeting contractors, reviewing quotes, and providing input to help ensure the work aligns with the homeowner’s goals. This is a support role within stewardship rather than full general contracting.
Maintenance & Upkeep
Regular maintenance that keeps the home in good condition, including minor carpentry, paint touch-ups, pressure washing, seasonal preparation, and general upkeep.
Outdoor Care
Light exterior work such as basic yard care, clearing, simple landscaping tasks, surface cleaning, and keeping outdoor areas orderly and maintained.
Ongoing Organization
Every home has spaces that slowly accumulate unfinished work — the garage, shed, storage areas, and spare rooms. These are revisited periodically to sort, clear, remove what’s no longer needed, and make simple improvements that restore order and usability.
Pickups and Dropoffs
Sometimes a job means moving something — furniture to a family member, a haul to the transfer station, a run to Home Depot. With a truck and trailer, a lot can happen in one visit. No need to coordinate a separate junk removal or delivery service, or pay for one.
